Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Maintenance Handyman to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to travel and work on a variety of maintenance and repair projects across different locations. As a Traveling Handyman, you'll be responsible for delivering top-quality service and ensuring the maintenance of client facilities. This is an hourly position, with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company professionally in the field with a clean and presentable uniform and appearance.
• Adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Provide and maintain your own basic tools and ensure reliable, presentable transportation for travel between job sites.
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job scope.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, responding promptly to requests and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must be available for on-call duties after hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to completing tasks and maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Must own a smartphone and possess basic computer skills (e.g., uploading photos, sending emails/texts).
• Preferred experience with various commercial repairs such as minor plumbing, electrical work, drywall, ceiling tiles/grids, floor tiles, and painting.
