Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: GROUNDSKEEPER Location: Davisville, WV Pay: $13.50/hour Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM4:30 PMParkersburg Mancan is partnering with a local roofing company that is looking for a hardworking, dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain and improve several acres of company property.If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping a property clean and well-maintained, this could be a great opportunity for you! WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform general groundskeeping and property maintenanceOperate lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipmentMow and maintain grass around buildings, fences, and landscaping areasTrim weeds, brush, and overgrown areasRemove debris and maintain a clean propertyAssist with seasonal cleanup, including leaves and storm debrisPerform minor outdoor maintenance and upkeep as neededHelp maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance throughout the propertyFollow all safety procedures when operating equipment and performing outdoor workComplete other duties as assigned WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORPrevious groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferredAbility to safely operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and similar equipmentStrong work ethic and ability to work independentlyDependable attendance and reliable transportationPositive attitude and willingness to workComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move around for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to work on your feet throughout the workdayComfortable performing physically active outdoor work ENJOY WORKING OUTDOORS?If you're dependable, hardworking, and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done, this could be the opportunity for you!Apply today with Parkersburg Mancan!
