<li>15+ years of experience in software development with 5+ years of AEM</li>
\n
<li>Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)</li>
\n
<li>AEM Architecture, solution design, and implementation</li>
\n
<li>Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL</li>
\n
<li>AEM Sites, Assets, Templates, Components, Workflows</li>
\n
<li>REST APIs and third-party/enterprise integrations</li>
\n
<li>Experience with Adobe Cloud / AEM as a Cloud Service</li>
\n
<li>Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Maven, and DevOps</li>
\n
<li>Performance optimization, security, and troubleshooting</li>
\n
<li>Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers</li>
\n
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
\n</ul>
