Who We’re Looking For:
- Full-time agents only (no part-timers)
- Licensed with at least 2 transactions closed
- Ready to commit to daily team meetings and consistent follow-up
- Willing to put in the work and follow a proven process

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,000 – $300,000+ per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule, daily coaching, leads provided
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
