Position Overview
\n
Xonar Technology is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and technically capable Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.
\n
This individual will play a key role in the successful deployment of Xonar’s security technology solutions. The position is responsible for supporting new clients and channel partners from the initial onboarding process through installation, training, testing, and successful deployment.
\n
This is a hands-on, client facing position requiring excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to represent Xonar professionally at customer locations.

A successful Onboarding & Implementation Specialist ensures that every Xonar client and channel partner is properly trained, confident using our technology, and prepared for a successful production deployment.

The goal is not simply to install equipment. It is to make sure our customers understand the technology, know how to operate it effectively, and have a positive experience working with Xonar from day one.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Manage and support the onboarding process for Xonar new clients and channel partners.
- Travel to customer locations to perform and support equipment installations and deployments.
- Train client personnel and channel partners on the proper setup, operation, and use of Xonar systems.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for security personnel, operators, supervisors, and other end users.
- Ensure systems are properly configured and tested before being placed into production.
- Perform operational testing and walkthroughs with customers following installation.
- Educate customers on system functionality, operating procedures, best practices, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist channel partners in becoming proficient in installing, operating, demonstrating, and supporting Xonar products.
- Provide on site support during initial live deployments and customer events when required.
- Identify and document installation, training, operational, or technical issues and coordinate their resolution with Xonar’s technical and support teams.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, training sessions, system configurations, customer issues, and follow up requirements.
- Serve as a professional representative of Xonar Technology while working at customer and partner locations.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and channel partners and help ensure a positive customer experience from installation through ongoing operation.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer experiences, recurring issues, training needs, and opportunities to improve the onboarding process.

Qualifications

Required:

- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
- Comfortable working in stadiums, schools, hospitals, corporate facilities, entertainment venues, and other customer environments.
- Prior experience in implementation, technical training, field service, security technology, SaaS or hardware deployment, or customer onboarding is preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements
\n
This position requires significant travel, estimated at approximately 25% to 50%, including overnight travel. Some installations or deployments may require evening or weekend work depending on customer schedules and live events.
