Job DescriptionRailmark is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage the Railcar Switching and Box Car Prep operation 
<ul>
<li>Employee Scheduling</li>
<li>Inspection of Rail Cars</li>
<li>Assigning work</li>
<li>Railcar Switching</li>
<li>Inspection, maintenance, and repair of track</li>
<li>Preparation and transmission of daily paperwork</li>
<li>Cost control of site</li>
<li>Inventory Management</li>
<li>Local Supply Procurement</li>
<li>Care, maintenance scheduling, cleaning of company vehicles and equipment</li>
<li>Proper reporting of daily operations</li>
<li>Ensuring all work happens safely, to company standards, and withing company values</li>
<li>Identifying prospective customers and working with Operations Director and Marketing to grow business in the local market</li>
<li>Any other duties that may arise</li>

Experience:

<li>Railroad: 2 years (Required)</li>
<li>Railroad Track Inspection/Maintenace: 1 year (Required)</li>
<li>Supervisory : 2 years (Required)</li>
