Maintenance Technician – Stewardship Property Management

What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Complete unit turns, renovations, and remodeling projects
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in general construction or maintenance (required)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Experience with remodeling and renovation
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Punctual, dependable, and a collaborative team player

Pay & Benefits

• $22.00 – $25.00/hour, based on skill and experience
• 401(k)
• Paid time off
• Flexible scheduling:
• • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekend options available
