Up to Par Cleaning is hiring a reliable, self-managed Cleaning Professional to join our growing team. Were looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, manages their time effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality results without needing constant supervision. If you show up ready, stay focused, and take pride in doing things right the first time, youll do well here.

What Youll Do:
Clean residential and commercial properties to company standards
Perform detailed cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, vacuuming)
Follow structured systems and safety procedures
Communicate clearly with your Team Captain and office
Secure client homes and buildings properly

What We Offer:
$18$23/hour starting pay (based on performance)
MondayFriday schedule (no weekends unless requested)

What Were Looking For:
Self-starter who works efficiently without micromanagement

Reliable transportation, valid license, clean driving record

Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We train motivated individuals who want to grow.
