Pay: $20–$23/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day ShiftArthur Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Associate to support plant maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge who is looking to grow their skills in industrial maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues on production equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
- Replace parts, tighten bolts, clean machinery, and support daily upkeep
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with facility maintenance and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience required
- Previous manufacturing or maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
