Lease-Up Property Manager
Ready to take the lead on an exciting new senior living lease-up community? We’re seeking an experienced LIHTC Property Manager to oversee a beautiful Class A property with a well-established and highly respected management company known for investing in their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the energy of a lease-up, takes pride in resident experience, and wants long-term career growth with a stable organization.
What You’ll Be Doing as the Property Manager:
- Lead day-to-day operations of a newer senior living LIHTC community
- Drive lease-up activity, occupancy goals, and resident retention
- Manage compliance and ensure LIHTC regulations are followed accurately
- Oversee leasing, move-ins, recertifications, and resident relations
- Supervise onsite staff and maintain strong team culture
- Partner with regional leadership on reporting, budgets, and community performance
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and property presentation
What We’re Looking For in this Property Manager:
- Previous LIHTC Property Management experience required
- Lease-up experience strongly preferred
- Senior living experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance and resident files
- Organized, proactive, and resident-focused leadership style
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
