THE SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekend & On-Call Required: This role includes rotating on-call coverage for evenings and overnight shifts, including weekends. On-call schedule is shared across the maintenance team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Handle routine and emergency repairs: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and minor HVAC

Complete resident work orders accurately and on time

Maintain common areas and grounds to a high standard

Assist with apartment turnovers

Coordinate with and oversee outside vendors

Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing training
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or GED (required)
-
3+ years of combined maintenance experience

Hands-on skills in at least two of: plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical

Strong communication skills — you'll interact directly with residents daily

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Comfortable with frequent lifting, bending, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
