Title: Senior Project Manager / Program Manager
Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week

Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects and work closely with senior executives in a highly matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain RAID logs and project documentation.
- Lead project governance, status meetings, and steering committees.
- Provide executive-level project updates and presentations.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure projects stay on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Active PMP certification required.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar PPM tools.
- Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work 3 days/week onsite in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
Preferred: Marketing, Branding, or Customer Experience project experience.
