- Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
- Location: Denton, TX 76207
- Pay: $26–$28/hr
- Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30PM-12:00AM | Overtime as required
As a Maintenance Technician you’ll be responsible for:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and determine root causes of mechanical or electrical failures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and inspections.
- Install new equipment or assist in facility upgrades and layout changes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance logs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Communicate recurring maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, or dust.
