We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running smoothly in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to support uptime, food safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment including conveyors, mixers, ovens, and fillers

Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance

Execute preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs

Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime

Assist with installation and start-up of new equipment

Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS
-
Follow food safety (GMP), OSHA, and company safety standards
Skills & Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED (technical degree/apprenticeship preferred)
-
3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing; food manufacturing experience preferred

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with PLC-controlled equipment preferred

Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

Able to work independently and in a team environment

Comfortable working in regulated, GMP-compliant environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
