Hiring: Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Build the infrastructure that makes real-time dispatch work when a technician calls out, a job runs long, or a storm spikes demand.

\n
You’ll own three areas:
\n
- \n
- Real-time systems — workflow orchestration, reliability, observability, and incident response
- AI agent infrastructure — sandboxes, evaluation tools, and execution environments
- Developer platform — CI/CD, deployments, local development, and cloud and inference costs

\n
\n
\n
\n
What we’re looking for:
\n
3–6 years of engineering experience and hands-on ownership of infrastructure you built from scratch, shipped, and operated in production.
\n
Strong distributed systems and networking fundamentals, plus experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Go or Python.
\n
Agent sandbox experience or LLM cost and observability work is a plus.
