Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our national maintenance client to source and hire Maintenance Technicians for their Houston, TX facility. Key Responsibilities 
<ul>

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and production machinery. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, controls, and control panels. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Complete preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Assist with equipment installation, machine assembly, and facility projects. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Support hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs while maintaining a safe work environment.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Experience repairing motors, control systems, and production machinery. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Ability to diagnose equipment issues and work independently or as part of a team.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
PLC, VFD, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience are a plus. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
