Solutions Architect
- Should have BY ESP/OP implementations with hands-on experience.
- Validate the design done by the Implementation Partner. Is not expected to do any config work in BY.
- Good communication skills.
- Assertive personality.
- Should be able to present to client’s Executive team on what is seeing with the BY engagement – improvement areas, leading practices, risks, dependencies, etc.
- Plan the Testing (SIT/UAT) strategy, defect triage, and ensure solution quality through signoffs
- Review the quality of the Planning results.
- Define non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security, monitoring, resilience.
