Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the buying and selling process, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and preparing and presenting offers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, nurturing leads, maintaining regular communication with buyers and sellers, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, conducting market analysis and comparative property evaluations, and ensuring transactions comply with California real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will also use FirstTeam®’s marketing tools and technology platforms to promote listings, build a strong personal brand, and provide a high level of customer service throughout each transaction. **COACHING PROGRAM AVAILABLE **

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to provide responsive, professional support to buyers and sellers.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and comfort with in-person and phone interactions.
  • \n

  • Professional phone etiquette and experience managing receptionist duties such as answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls.
  • \n

  • Solid computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, email, online listing platforms, and basic office software.
  • \n

  • Active California real estate salesperson license (or in process of obtaining) and knowledge of local market trends.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • \n

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a brokerage environment.
  • \n

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
