Lead Maintenance Technician
Location: Hendersonville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily maintenance experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead day-to-day maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team
- Complete apartment make-readies and preventative maintenance
- Respond to and complete resident work orders
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems
- Perform inspections of apartments and common areas
- Assist with maintaining the community's curb appeal
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records
- Assist with vendor coordination and property projects
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to community standards
Qualifications
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
- Previous Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general apartment maintenance
- HVAC experience/certification
- EPA certification
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Must be dependable and able to respond to emergency/on-call situations
