Job Title: IQA Inspector Jr.
Location: St. Paul, MN (100% On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Position Type: Full-time Contract (Through 12/31/2026)
Pay Rate: $19.78 – $21.20/hr + Time and a Half for Overtime
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IQA Inspector Jr. to join our team on-site in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming commodities and sub-assemblies to ensure full conformance with technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming mechanical, chemical, printed material, and potential bio-hazard components for compliance with specifications.
- Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precision inspection.
- Read, interpret, and evaluate engineering and GD&T drawings.
- Maintain complete and accurate inspection records and non-conformance documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in quality control, incoming inspection, or a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CMM equipment and hands-on experience interpreting GD&T drawings.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to handle various material types safely.
