AYA ASSOCIATES INC., a 48-year-old Software Technology Company located in Maitland Florida, with a World-class ERP Business Management, Installations, and Accounting Software System, is hiring a Software Support Analyst. We will provide extensive training on our proprietary Comp-U-Floor® Web & Mobile ERP System for the desired candidate to perform the above role.
Candidate Required Qualifications:
Competent Information Technology individual to provide Software and/or technical assistance for the development and maintenance of our Cloud-based ERP Technology. This Candidate must bring excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other qualifications include:
•\tDegree in IT, Computer Science, Business Accounting, or relevant field preferred, but not required based on comparable business experience.
•\tCommunicate verbally and in writing to explain any software system related problem and assist with a resolution.
•\tGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
•\tKnowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows and Cloud platforms.
•\tBusiness Retailing or Distribution Systems experience is a plus: point-of-sale, invoicing, inventory, installation-management, purchasing, etc.
•\tBasic Business Accounting knowledge; Balance Sheet, GL Trial Balance and Profit and Loss Statement.
•\tKnowledge of Microsoft SQL and development of scripts.
•\tKnowledge of software development platforms such as .NET, and C# computer programming is a plus.
•\tFundamental understanding of computer networks and VM configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities:
•\tBe a member of the Software Development Team, which entails:
o\tDocumenting, and evaluating software specifications for changes and enhancements to the current ERP software-system, including new technologies such as AI.
o\tRequesting software-development estimates on requested changes from the Development Team, and being part of the approval process.
o\tMaintaining the Microsoft Team-Foundation-Server (TFS) platform with pertinent documentation on all Software changes from inception through delivery.
o\tAssist with managing the launching of new ERP Software Update Releases to our current client-base, including methodical testing and detailed software documentation.
•\tServe as the first point of contact for second-tier software issues, which have been escalated by our Support Team; provide technical assistance over the phone, or respond through our “Team-Support” automated platform.
•\tPerform remote software troubleshooting through Microsoft SQL diagnostic techniques and analytical procedures.
•\tDetermine and immediately provide the best software-related solution based on the reported issue and details provided by customers.
•\tWalk the customer through the problem-solving process; any unresolved issues must be brought to upper-management attention and followed-up through a satisfactory resolution.
•\tBe knowledgeable and provide accurate information on company products or services.
•\tRecord events and problems and their resolution in our Company Software Logs, including TFS and TS.
•\tFollow-up and update customer status and information.
•\tPass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
•\tIdentify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Benefits
This position requires a full-time staff member working under an excellent and highly professional work-environment, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Salary Range: $50K to $80K with periodic salary reviews, standard vacation and sick-leave benefits to be discussed in greater detail during the interview process.
