The Unarmed Security Guard will provide safety and security in residential communities and commercial buildings. This role focuses on maintaining a visible presence to deter unsafe or unlawful actions, responding promptly to incidents, and delivering a high level of customer service during day and night shifts. No operation of security technology is required, emphasizing strong observation and communication skills throughout patrol duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety
- Monitor premises for any signs of unusual or suspicious behavior
- Respond to incidents promptly, escalating when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with residents, employees, and visitors
- Prepare clear and concise reports on daily activities and incidents
Required Qualifications
- Valid Security Guard License
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in security services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Sharp observation skills
- Ability to prepare accurate written reports
