- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certifications in IT or related fields preferred.
- Basic understanding of data center operations and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with server hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
