Job Title: Senior Level Tester

Location: Onsite, Omaha, NE

Standard Skillset Role: Testing

Must Have:

Core Testing & Quality Engineering

\n

\n
• Test planning, design, and execution for complex enterprise applications

\n

• Manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing

\n

• Defect management, triage, and root cause analysis

\n

• Requirements analysis and risk-based testing

\n

• Agile and DevOps testing practices

\n

\n

\n

Test Automation

\n

\n
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites

\n

• Hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks, including:

\n

\n

\n
1. Robot Framework

\n

2. Playwright

\n

3. Selenium

\n

\n

\n

\n
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

\n

• Ability to develop reusable automation assets and improve test coverage through automation

\n

\n

\n

Technical Skills

\n

\n
• API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI

\n

• Programming and scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL

\n

• Version control tools such as Git and GitHub

\n

• Test management tools such as Jira or TestRail

\n

• Build and deployment tools such as Maven or Jenkins

\n

\n

Communication & Collaboration

\n

\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

\n

• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

\n

• Experience partnering with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams

\n

\n

• Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, technologies, and business processes

• Experience supporting multiple applications, projects, or business domains
