Coastal Living Property Solutions is seeking experienced, self-motivated cleaning professionals to join our growing team. As a Home Cleaning Specialist, you will maintain high-end homes for seasonal and year-round residents while they are away.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed, thorough cleaning work, works independently and manages time efficiently, communicates proactively with homeowners and our office, can identify maintenance issues and alert management when needed, and is reliable and dependable in meeting schedules.

What you'll do:

You'll perform regular home cleaning and property maintenance checks, follow customized cleaning protocols for each client's home, and report any issues like leaks, HVAC concerns, or pest activity to our team. You'll maintain detailed records of work completed and build long-term relationships with homeowners who trust us to care for their properties.

What we're looking for:

We need someone with proven home cleaning or housekeeping experience, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, attention to detail and a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Background check clearance is required.
