Palm Protection & Security is seeking highly qualified individuals with proven backgrounds in Law Enforcement or Military Service to join our professional protection team. We provide premier school safety and personal protection services throughout Southwest Florida.
Position Overview
We are looking for disciplined, dependable, and professional candidates to serve as School Security Officers and Personal Protection Specialists in environments requiring discretion, vigilance, and advanced protective skills.
Qualifications
- Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required
- Preferred: Experience in a school setting, executive protection, or specialized units (tactical, surveillance, protection, or planning)
- Excellent situational awareness, communication, and decision-making skills
- Physically fit and able to pass a physical fitness test
- Must be able to qualify with advanced firearms proficiency
- No criminal history, substance abuse, or domestic-related offenses
- Professional demeanor and integrity beyond reproach
