Calyx Senior Living is actively seeking a practical, hands-on Maintenance Technician for our assisted living community, Calyx Living of Wakefield! We are located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh.
Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Maintenance Technician.
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Solving maintenance and housekeeping challenges </li>
<li>Upkeep of community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipment</li>
<li>Ongoing preventative maintenance, routine building safety programs and general work order and task list completion </li>
<li>On call for after-hours physical plant emergencies</li>
</ul>
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>An interest in working with the senior population.</li>
<li>Previous experience in building maintenance</li>
<li>Working knowledge of basic construction principles</li>
<li>Current North Carolina Driver's License Required</li>
</ul>
