Maintenance Assistant

Location: St. Petersburg, Florida

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Assistant at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making repairs, and performing other duties as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Perform minor carpentry and handyman tasks as needed

• Assist with upkeep and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
