Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture strategy and technology transformation initiatives within a large-scale investment management environment. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future-state architecture supporting front-office, middle-office, and back-office business functions.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of enterprise architecture expertise, investment management platform knowledge, and strong leadership skills. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, third-party vendors, and implementation partners to define strategic roadmaps, modernize platforms, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and promote enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Lead the architecture and design of solutions supporting investment management operations, portfolio management, trading, operational processing, and enterprise platform integrations.
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align business goals with future-state architecture objectives.
- Evaluate existing technology solutions and recommend improvements, modernization strategies, and platform enhancements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on architecture strategy, vendor selection, and technology direction.
- Partner with business and technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Guide the adoption of cloud technologies, data platforms, and integration frameworks to support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and large-scale technology implementations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technical architecture, or business architecture roles.
- 7+ years of experience leading architecture initiatives, driving technical strategy, and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong experience within wealth management, asset management, investment management, or financial services environments.
- Deep knowledge of investment operations supporting front-office, middle-office, and back-office business functions.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and strategic technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and cloud-based technologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and executive management.
