A vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm based in Miami, with over 20 years' experience managing more than $5 billion in real estate assets. Their projects range from luxury condominiums in Brickell to mixed-use communities. Average employee tenure exceeds 7 years and every candidate we've placed there is still with the company.

The Position

\n

You should bring minimum 7 years' real estate development experience, and must have experience across ground-up residential, multifamily, and/or mixed-use construction. This role will be heavily involved on the pre-development side of projects, so experience in acquisitions, entitlements and/or design is favoured.
