$29.00 - $30.00 per hour + $500 Monthly Auto Allowance


Help People Find Housing While Keeping Affordable Communities Compliant
Beach Front Property Management is looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys both compliance work and helping people access stable housing.


In this unique role, you'll support affordable housing compliance while also coordinating housing placements for vulnerable individuals through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). You'll work closely with property teams, housing authorities, service providers, and community partners to ensure residents successfully move into housing while maintaining full compliance with affordable housing regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct annual and interim recertification interviews
  • Prepare and submit affordable housing compliance files
  • Coordinate file approvals and resolve compliance corrections
  • Manage CES referrals and applicant matching
  • Coordinate leasing activities and move-ins
  • Work with Housing Authorities, Quadel, and community agencies
  • Support residents with voucher and housing program requirements
  • Maintain compliance tracking reports and documentation
  • Assist with SharePoint organization and administrative projects
  • Travel to affordable housing communities throughout the portfolio as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in affordable housing compliance, affordable property management, or housing navigation
  • Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, PSH, or PHA programs
  • Experience completing certifications and recertifications
  • Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between communities throughout Los Angeles County

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Coordinated Entry System (CES)
  • Fair Housing Certification
  • California Real Estate License

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00-$27.00 per hour (DOE)
