Part-Time Project Coordinator – Sourcing Management

What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on project coordination support, managing and completing project-related tasks while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Support project administration activities, including maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and providing logistical assistance.
- Serve as a central point of communication between project teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and project leadership to ensure alignment and timely information sharing.
- Coordinate project logistics by scheduling meetings, managing resources, and facilitating follow-up activities with suppliers and workshop participants.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress to help keep initiatives on track.
- Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, status updates, and reporting materials.
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and global time zones.
- Utilize strong computer proficiency and technology skills to support project execution and reporting.
- Apply a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, with a focus on tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
- Analyze challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to support project success.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and administrative skills, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of Office Administration and or Project Co-ordination experience ideally in a procurement or technical related field e.g. Procurement, Pharma Industry, Information Technology / SAP user experience
- Strong project coordination experience is the top priority, procurement experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, work cross functionally across several areas of the business, able to setup meetings in person/virtually
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, and capable of managing recurring project tasks while ensuring documentation and communications remain accurate and up to date
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Experience managing and tracking information in Excel and other systems
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Strong proofreading and professional email communication skills
- Reliable work ethic with timely follow-up and responsiveness
