Maintenance / Security Assistant – Evening Shift
Full-Time | 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. | $18.00/hour
Pennswood Village, a senior living community in Newtown, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Security Assistant to join our Facilities team.
This position combines general maintenance responsibilities with campus safety and security support. The Maintenance / Security Assistant helps maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our residents, employees, and visitors.
The Position
- Perform general building and maintenance assignments throughout the community
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with established safety and evacuation procedures
- Monitor campus safety and security and respond to resident, employee, and visitor needs
- Identify equipment or building issues and contact appropriate Facilities staff when needed
- Assist with safety and security investigations as directed
- Support snow removal and other weather-related operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
