Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician needed ASAP in Norfolk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grounds maintenance, light landscaping
• HVAC maintenance
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Turnovers
• Work Orders
• Plumbing
• Drywall repair, texturing
• Painting
• Electrical repair
• Carpentry
• Appliance repair and installation

REQUIRMENTS:

• Minimum of 6 months onsite residential maintenance work experience
• Must have your own set of basic hand tools and power drill
• Reliable Transportation
• Availability Monday-Friday for an 8 hour work day, full-time 40 hours per week
• Must be HVAC certified (proof of certification will be required)
• No On-Call

WEEKLY PAY!! Pay rate based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
