One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at their facility in Ann Arbor, MI location.
Pay Rate:100k-120k

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team

Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues

Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient plant operations

Manage maintenance work orders, PM schedules, and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems
-
Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery
-
Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required (technical degree preferred)

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Previous supervisory or leadership experience required

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment
-
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
