We are helping a large law firm hire a professional development manager. This role will work with practice group leaders to provide the resources, training, and development to support the attorneys in a particular practice group. This role will also review attorney utilization other metics to help manage attorney workloads.

Because of the nature of this role in supporting associate-level attorneys, this role needs to be in the office 4 days a week.
