Garden Villas is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technicians for our beautiful assisted living and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time Day shift

This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.

High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred.
