TYG is representing an established architecture practice looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to support the continued growth of its Florida office. This is an opportunity for an experienced architectural professional with 8+ years of industry experience to lead projects from concept through completion, combining strong design and technical expertise with project management, team leadership, and client relationship skills.

About the role:

- Lead project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring design quality, programme, and budget targets are met.
- Oversee design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and quality control across project phases.
- Act as the primary client contact, building relationships and managing project expectations.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and financial performance.
- Lead and mentor project teams, coordinating workloads and supporting professional development.
- Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and project closeout.
- Support business development through client engagement, proposals, and project pursuits.
- Work collaboratively with studio leadership to support the continued growth of the Florida practice.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Registered Architect (RA), or actively pursuing licensure.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
