Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and repair operations.

\n

• Supervise and support a team of technicians.

\n

• Manage schedules, workflow, priorities, and resource allocation.

\n

• Coordinate equipment maintenance, testing, repair, and refurbishment activities.

\n

• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, spare parts, tools, and materials.

\n

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and logistics activities.

\n

• Support field teams before, during, and after projects.

\n

• Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures and best practices.

\n

• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

\n

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

\n

• Assist with hands-on repairs and equipment maintenance as needed.

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, technical services, manufacturing, distribution, or a related environment.

\n

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.

\n

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

\n

• Experience repairing or maintaining technical, electronic, or electro-mechanical equipment.

\n

• Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination.

\n

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

\n

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Microsoft Office proficiency.

\n

• Forklift experience is a plus.

\n

• Ability to occasionally travel and support evening or weekend operations when required.
