Property Caretaker Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Tour entire property (daily) to assess cleaning needs</li>
<li>Clean common areas (i.e., party room, fitness center, laundry room, hallways, elevator areas), offices and other assigned areas</li>
<li>Clean vacated apartments/townhomes in preparation for new resident move-in</li>
<li>Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo common area rugs and carpets; sweep, scrub, and mop floors</li>
<li>Clean and restock restrooms</li>
<li>Empty waste receptacles and clean trash room</li>
<li>Wash windows, walls and doors</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs</li>
<li>Clean and adjust shades and blinds</li>
</ul>
Property Caretaker Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of one year experience in rental property caretaking/cleaning</li>
</ul>
 Monday through Friday 40 hours per week
