We are seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple multifamily communities throughout New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused leasing professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with different teams, and traveling between properties.

<li>Support multiple multifamily communities throughout New Jersey</li>
<li>Conduct apartment tours and effectively present community amenities and features</li>
<li>Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents</li>
<li>Process rental applications and assist with the leasing process</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive resident experience</li>
<li>Assist with leasing goals, occupancy, and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Travel between assigned communities as needed</li>
<li>Must be flexible, professional, and comfortable adapting to different properties and teams</li>
<li>Multifamily leasing experience preferred</li>
</ul>
