Required Skills and Expertise:
\n
\n

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong background supporting data integration initiatives and enterprise data platforms.
- Advanced experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong SQL skills including data profiling, validation, and analysis.
- Experience writing detailed requirements for data integrations, data warehouses, and reporting solutions.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience using Jira for backlog management and requirements tracking.
- Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

- APIs
- JSON
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and business intelligence solutions.
