We’re hiring: Full-Time Millwork Site Manager

A commercial millwork company in business for over a decade is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our installation crews on job sites. This is a full-time position.

What you’ll do:
\n
- \n
- Manage and schedule installers in the field
- Read and understand shop drawings and detail drawings
- Take accurate field dimensions for fabrication
- Make sure installs are done correctly, on time, and to spec
- Work with the office, project managers, and general contractors on site

What we’re looking for:
\n
- \n
- Experience in commercial millwork or architectural woodwork
- Strong drawing-reading skills
- Experience taking field measurements
- Leadership experience managing crews
- Must speak English; Spanish is a plus
- Reliable transportation
