Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone)
Compensation: 120 - 150K

What You Will Do:
Be part of the future of smart building technology - work with cutting-edge IoT solutions that connect HVAC, lighting, energy, and other building systems into one intelligent platform.
Bring some of the world's smartest buildings online – play a key role in managing projects from initial planning through successful implementation, working with clients, vendors, and technical teams along the way.
Collaborate with talented technical professionals as you work alongside engineers, integration specialists, and implementation teams to solve challenges, overcome roadblocks, and deliver innovative solutions.
Make an impact in a growing technology company – take ownership of multiple projects, build relationships with clients, and help shape the success of a company transforming the smart building industry.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years project management experience in a technical field demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate resources, and keep deliverables on track.
Smart building, SaaS, IoT, or related technical industry experience highly valued. You bring an understanding of building systems, engineering processes, or technology integrations would be beneficial.
Strong organizational and time management skills – someone who can balance competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – comfortable working with clients, vendors, technical professionals, and internal teams.
Natural problem solver; you're proactive in identifying challenges, removing obstacles, and keeping projects moving forward.
Ability to influence and coordinate teams – someone who can drive accountability and progress without necessarily having direct authority over team members.
Professional and client-focused – someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys building strong working relationships.
