Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing 40% mechanical repairs and 60% electrical repairs. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various equipment including overhead cranes, forklifts, welding machines, CNC machines, plasma tables, plate/angle rollers, presses, painting equipment, and other fabrication machines. Your expertise will cover mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, as well as high voltage circuits and electrical motors.
Essential Skills
- 8+ years of maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical repairs on drives, circuits, and PLCs.
- Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

Work Environment
Work in an open-aired shop within a large fabrication facility that can be loud. The position typically operates on a day shift from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Flexibility to work night shifts is required if emergency repairs are needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77064.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
