Serve as the primary application analyst and single point of IT support for the organization's Premier ERP system, covering finance/general ledger, accounts payable, materials management, purchasing, vendor management, and contract management modules
Manage and fulfill support tickets related to user access requests, system permissions, and Active Directory group assignments in coordination with the security team
Troubleshoot file transfer issues between systems using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and internal file directory processes, including integrations between Cerner and Premier ERP
Provide light application training ("buttonology") to end users on an as-needed basis, following a train-the-trainer model; support onboarding of new Premier users by facilitating system access and build configuration
Support a secondary budgeting application (Workday Adaptive) and other third-party finance applications used by the organization
Maintain a strong, collaborative working relationship with the Executive Director of Finance/Controller and the Director of Purchasing, Materials Management, and Inventory, acting as a trusted IT partner to senior finance leadership
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every six weeks, Monday 8AM through the following Monday 8AM), with additional on-call pay provided for hours outside of normal business hours
Extend ERP application support to an affiliated behavioral health center (currently in early-stage operations), assisting with system adoption and process maturation as that facility grows


Qualifications:

3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting an enterprise ERP system (Premier ERP strongly preferred; Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise platform acceptable)

Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP functional areas including general ledger, journal entries/vouchers, accounts payable, requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, vendor management, item catalogs, and contract management

Proficiency with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and file directory management, including troubleshooting file transfer interfaces between integrated systems

Experience managing user access, system security configurations, and Active Directory group assignments within an enterprise application environment

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work closely and effectively with detail-oriented, high-expectation finance and operations stakeholders

Broad IT background with solid technical acumen; experience transitioning from a technical/infrastructure background into application support is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and demonstrated ERP application experience will be considered
