Site Support Technician - Contract to Hire

This is a fast growing professional services firm in Jericho, NY.

\n
You will have to handle Windows and M365 support, troubleshoot Teams, manage conference room setups, and take care of Autopilot builds. What really sets you apart is how you carry yourself in the room.

\n
This is on site five days a week in Jericho, NY. This will be an initial 6 month contract to hire engagement.
\n
\n
You will bring real executive presence and communicate clearly. Your technical skills should be across Windows, M365, Teams, and endpoint management, and you are comfortable owning a project from start to finish without being chased.

\n
You will provide white-glove technology support to about 75 employees including executive leadership. You must be able to combine exceptional customer service and executive support skills with strong technical expertise.
