Seeking an experienced Sr. HRIS Manager - Workday HCM to lead the configuration, optimization,
and ongoing support of our Workday HCM platform. This role serves as a Workday subject matter expert,
ensuring system integrity, driving process improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across HR, IT,
Payroll, and business stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role, preferred; Strong Workday experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS systems and audit processes and performing complex reporting and analyses using advanced reporting tools.
- Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted 3rd party applications; Strong understanding of Business Process Design and Configuration.
