Dahlia Gardens at Aberdeen is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance department at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

What You'll Do

• Lead all facility maintenance operations

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs

• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and regulatory requirements

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems

• Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors

• Manage work orders and department priorities

• Coordinate fire safety, emergency preparedness, and generator testing

• Keep the building and grounds safe, clean, and well maintained

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of maintenance or facility operations experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general building maintenance

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to respond to facility emergencies when needed

Healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
