We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our apartment community team! This role is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and appearance of the property while providing excellent service to residents and team members.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property daily
- Assist with breezeways, amenity areas, parking lots, and pool area upkeep
- Help prepare vacant apartments and common areas for new residents
- Perform light painting, pressure washing, and general cleanup tasks
- Assist with landscaping duties including watering, blowing, and seasonal upkeep
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the management team
- Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Prior groundskeeping, janitorial, or apartment community experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean property
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help

Schedule
Full-time schedule with some weekend availability as needed.
